We currently ship within Canada only.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched to your provided address.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
* Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days.
* Hassle-Free Delivery (DDP): To ensure a smooth experience, all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are pre-paid by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price—you will never be charged extra fees upon delivery.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on all Canadian orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, Thrive&Selene is not responsible for delays caused by:
* Postal services or carrier peak seasons.
* External factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Thrive&Selene is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
10. Easy Exchanges (30-Day Guarantee)
We want you to love your fit! To give you peace of mind, we provide a straightforward and risk-free exchange process:
* Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
* Free Size Replacements: If your item does not fit or arrives damaged, we will send you the correct size completely free of charge. You do not have to worry about paying for international return shipping costs for a size exchange.
* Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
