1. Free 30-Day Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit online can be tricky. To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 30-Day Replacement Guarantee:
  • No Return Shipping Needed: If your clothing item does not fit, you do not have to worry about expensive international shipping costs to send it back to us.
  • Free Replacement: Simply contact our support team with your order number and the size you need. We will dispatch the correct size to your doorstep completely free of charge.
  • Condition: The original item must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will provide a free replacement product to ensure you receive the quality you paid for.
3. General Refund Policy
Please note that we operate on an exchange-only basis to keep our shipping free for all Canadian customers. We do not offer financial refunds or store credit for change-of-mind purchases. We strictly offer free replacements for incorrect sizes, damages, or defective items.
